What we collect
Your name, contact details and the traveller details needed to issue tickets, reserve hotels and process visas.
How we use it
To make and manage your bookings, send confirmations by email and WhatsApp, and answer your questions. Offers are only sent if you opt in.
How we protect it
- Passport and CNIC numbers are encrypted in our database.
- Card and wallet payments happen on the provider's own secure page; we never receive your card number or PIN.
- Staff accounts use two-step sign-in and only see what their role needs.
Who we share it with
Only the airlines, hotels, visa authorities and payment providers needed to complete your booking.

You can switch WhatsApp updates and offers on or off in your account settings, or contact info@hypetrip.pk for a copy of your data or to close your account.
